Welcome....
In 1998 I took a personal leap of faith.... I left my CHRO role with a division
of a FORTUNE 100 company and I started my consulting practice.
The success of my business is based on a few fundamental beliefs:
As your business partner, I need to understand the organizational dynamics of
your business... different cultures require custom versions of the fundamentals.
A foundation of Authenticity, Emotional Intelligence, and Communication Skills
are the price of admission when it comes to successful leadership.
Everyone has the potential for greatness, but that will never be possible unless we continually seek the right opportunities to grow, to shine and sometimes to fail
(because after all, without the occasional failure the first two are not possible).
I have had the privilege of working with exceptional individuals in over 30 client organizations large and small. I have a keen understanding of people, I'm a great
problem solver, I inspire trust and yet I have learned much more than I have ever
taught. I believe everyone should experience a worklife that is equally challenging
and rewarding. We should never stop seeking that experience and we should not
be satisfied until we have created it for ourselves.
